MICHAEL ZAMRIN, LCSW
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and seasoned clinician, I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples navigating a range of concerns, ncluding relationship challenges, work-related stress, depression, and anxiety. In addition, I've completed advanced training in mind-body approaches for chronic pain, including many hours of study in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and related techniques aimed at reducing, and in some cases, eliminating chronic pain. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
I am originally from Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia. I lived in southeastern Virginia for 15 years, where many of my clients served in the armed forces. My wife and I moved to Pennsylvania where we lived for many years. I now reside in Florida with my wife and my dog. My two adult children live in other states. I enjoy the sunshine and year round warmth in FL. I enjoy riding my bike, swimming, and working out in my garage.
Providing therapy through videoconferencing ("telehealth) allows me to serve clients across the states of Florida and Pennsylvania.
